Here at Tommy Finch, we understand that your time is important and so, to make things a little more simple, we've got all the shipping information you'll need to help you with your next order.
  

Beauty salon furniture freight:

Freight costs on furniture items are calculated at checkout. If your postcode does not receive a freight quote at checkout, please get in touch, to receive your obligation-free quote
  • Delivery is door-to-door only. Due to insurance reasons, our courier partners are unable to take deliveries up any amount of stairs or into rooms etc. If you require a premium delivery quote encompassing these requirements, please get in touch.
  • Premium Delivery: If you are located above ground level and require your items to be brought up via stairs/lifts, you will require a premium delivery quote as all standard courier deliveries are door-to-door only. If this is something you need, please reach out to us via our live chat or email, we will then send you a quote.
  • Beauty furniture items are not applicable to any free shipping offers or promotions
  • We are unable to ship to PO Boxes
  • Furniture item orders are subject to a handling time of 2-3 days.
  • Please advise us if you have any specific delivery requirements
  • Tracking details will be provided upon dispatch. Please note that the estimated time of arrival on the tracking websites are estimates only and not an indication of your actual delivery day. Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to activate on our courier partners' systems
  • Due to reasons out of our control, all autoclaves and bulky medical tables are required to be delivered to a business address, not a residential address. Delivery to residential addresses incur fees which we do not want to pass onto you. Alternatively, we can deliver to the closest depot to you.
  • We are unable to ship furniture items internationally

Beauty salon furniture terms and conditions:

  • Items MUST be opened and inspected for any damages within 7 days of receiving. We will not insure any goods that are not inspected nor reported within this timeframe.
  • If your order's delivery box is damaged, DO NOT sign the consignment until you have inspected your goods. You must then contact us immediately to report this.
  • Please make sure to track your item via the details sent to you. Deliveries will be left if you (or someone on your behalf) is not available to sign with an authority to leave. Tommy Finch will not be held responsible for any missing deliveries. We advise all our customers to be at their delivery addresses to sign and accept their deliveries so as to avoid any issues from arising
  • Any and all re-deliveries will incur a $38.50 fee
  • Deliveries are door-to-door only. All deliveries will only be delivered on ground level (couriers are unable to tackle staircases and small lifts)
  • Couriers used are not owned by Tommy Finch and are third-party companies. As much as we would love all deliveries to be on time, there may be the occasional delay. Please understand we cannot be held responsible for any delays once your order has been sent

How much does shipping cost?
