    Hair colour & bleach reacts to the gold-plated surfaces. If hair colour or bleach comes into contact with the gold-plated surface it will develop & penetrate the surface causing staining that will be impossible to remove. Please note this type of damage will not be covered under warranty.

    Great Customer Service and Quality Tables

    We Ordered 2 Contoured Massage Couches for our clinic and LuxeMED made the process seamless and stress free and went out of their way to make sure the delivery process fit in with our busy schedule.     Guesswork on when it was coming.

    While the product looks great I wasn’t told how long it would take to deliver, despite chasing several times. When it was delivered, I was not notified before hand (ie the day before) or after it was delivered.

    I actually discovered it under my house by chance, and I have no idea how long it had been there.

    I’ve now been left with a box the weight of a human to move single handedly, all because no one could email or call to say ‘hey it’s coming tomorrow, make sure you’re around to direct the delivery people.

    Quite frustrating as far as customer services goes.

    As all couriers are third-party, we do not have control over their system to alert you once your item is delivered, this information is provided through tracking. It is for this reason that we ensure every order receives a tracking number, which customers are able to keep an eye on as updates from the third-party courier are uploaded and noted every day there is movement.

    Your order was for a pre-order item, this item (as stated on the product listing) wasn't due back until May however, we received some stock early so, tracking was sent to your email as soon as stock was ready to be sent.
    Your tracking number was provided to your email on the 21st of April. It is through this tracking where you would have seen the updates that were provided including an ETA/scheduled delivery day. Your order was then noted for delivery on the 24th of April which was completed and delivered in 1 business day from us sending you the tracking, great speed!

    Tracking numbers are how we allow our customers to keep up to date with their order status and delivery date. It is up to customer to keep an eye on this.

    As you received a tracking number which holds all tracking information/updates, had your pre-order item sent to you a month earlier than expected, as well as had it delivered within 1 business day of us receiving stock, we truly hope that you reconsider your review as we believe our Customer Service team have provided you with the necessary details to keep up-to-date on your order's delivery and to ensure a smooth delivery experience.
